Position: Project Manager
Base: Cotonou, Benin
Position Type: Huawei Employee (sign Contract with Huawei directly)
Job Responsibilities:
1- Develop the overall delivery plan of the project, monitor the delivery progress every day, and report related risks in a timely manner.
2- Engage with the customers in a timely manager. Always respond to issues raised by customers quickly. Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues.
3- Establish relationships with the customer's senior management team. Build a good cooperation and patenership with customers.
4- Internal KPI management, revenue triggering and collection, project costs saving, and PAC signing.
5- Collect and analyse the customers' requirements, understand customers' expectations deeply, guide customers' business plans, and help customers achieve business success together with Huawei.
Work Qualifications：
1- Bachelor Degree graduate in telecoms or any related field
2- 5 years or more experience in Telcom project management
3- Experiences in turnkey
4- Have Huawei background or experience in cooperation with Huawei, and familiar with Huawei internal processes is an asset
5- Ability to speak English fluently is mandatory, French would be a plus
4- Good at communication, networking, and engagement with customers
5- Target-oriented, team player, harder worker, a hands-on person is very much welcomed
